At Lamtech, we are committed to transparency and fairness. Please review our refund policy before enrolling in any program.

Cooling-Off Period

Students are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of payment, provided the course has not been accessed, no materials have been downloaded, and no sessions have been attended.

Refund requests must be submitted within this 7-day period.

Non-Refundable Conditions

No refunds will be issued if:

  • Course materials have been accessed or downloaded, or
  • Any live or recorded sessions have been attended or accessed.

This applies even if the request is made within the 7-day cooling-off period.

After the 7-day cooling-off period, all payments and deposits are non-refundable.

Partial refunds for unused sessions or missed classes are not offered.

Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@lamtech.io.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

Exceptions

Certain services, one-time purchases, promotional offers, or discounted programs may be non-refundable. These terms will be clearly stated at the point of purchase.

Policy Updates

Lamtech reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current refund policy.
